I offer yoga as a gentle space to return to yourself — through breath, movement, and deep listening.
With over 10 years of experience and 1000+ hours of training, my classes are shaped with care, intuition, and presence. Each practice meets you where you are, whether you’re beginning or deepening your path.
My approach is intuitive, inclusive, trauma-informed and unique, combining different yoga styles, such as Traditional Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Bhakti, Yin, and personalised to your own needs and goals. I draw upon my knowledge on TCM, tantric philosophy, neuroscience & ancient wisdom to guide you back into your heart, and support your overall sense of balance, clarity and wellbeing.
